Okay, so, I'm officially getting too fat to fit into any of my pants except for jammies. (I love jammies.) Jammies are simply not acceptable out-of-doors clothing options for me. And while I like cute little maternity dresses and skirts, I really need some good jeans.
So which is better, the paneled maternity jeans...
(Old Navy Roll-over Maternity Jean, $36.50)
... the internal expander / "stretch" maternity jean...
(Gap No Panel Maternity Trouser, $68)
... or the full-coverage panel?
(Motherhood Maternity Secret Fit, $48)
If you could rec this so I can get more mama's opinions (especially those mamas who started off pregnancy in the small-petite section of the store, and carried "basketball style"!), I'd be much obliged! :)

I really loved the full-coverage panel when I wore it. Sooo comfortable. I would recommend that.
I had the full coverage one. They were really really comfortable.I bought all of mine at Target..much cheaper. =D
I liked full coverage too & in this heat get a VERY loose summer halter dress with wide straps you will love it.
I agree with those above me. When I was pregnant I had a few pairs of the full-coverage -- much more comfortable than the regular paneled jeans. I found that type to be too constricting on the lower part of my belly. Full-coverage panel is definitely the way to go.
Not a mama here, but I'll rec it 'cause I know a lot of my readers are
Congratulations! I hope your pregnancy goes well. (I'm not a mom, but I recommended it anyway, so it'll get to more people.)
I'm not pregnant and I kinda wanna go buy those. That top pair of jeans looks adorable!
number three is the most comfortable esp towards the end but number two looks the best so which ever one is best for you try them all on
I never had any full coverage that actually fit nicely up over the 'basketball'. I also delivered my two boys in the summer time and felt hot and miserable in the paneled material. I'd say the least amount of material on the belly is better (from my perspective).
Although, as a light skinned woman, I must say that I wonder whether wearing more full coverage and paneled clothing while pregnant would have done anything to lessen the amount of stretch marks (probably only miniscule if a difference at all).
Digressing, I'm amazed that 'better skinned' mothers can carry multiple times and still be able to wear clothing where their bellies might show and not gross anyone out.
